Streams Help / FAQ

Instructions on how to tune into any of the Streams (use any of the methods/players below):

Tune-In Buttons (all players)
  • Click on the PLS or M3U links to left and open in your player of choice
  • Right click on the PLS or M3U -> Save Link As... Save to your computer. Open with your player of choice.
Winamp
  • With the Winamp window selected, hit CTRL+L and copy/paste the Listen Link into the box that pops up.
  • Right click the Winamp "lightning bolt" symbol on the main window, and select Play -> URL and copy/paste the Listen Link in.
  • In the playlist window, click the Add -> Add URL button on the bottom left of the window.
Windows Media Player
  • Use the File -> Open URL... menu, then copy/paste the Listen Link in.
  • With the Windows Media Player window selected, hit CTRL+U and copy/paste the Listen Link into the box that pops up.
QuickTime/iTunes
  • QuickTime is a really bad player, and unless you have bought pro they want you to sit there watching ads while you listen. Try Winamp or even Windows Media Player for a better experience.
  • Use the File -> Open URL... menu, then copy/paste the Listen Link in.
  • With the QuickTime window selected, hit Ctrl+U and copy/paste the Listen Link into the box that pops up.

Podcast Help / FAQ

How do I access the podcast?
You can simply click the link shown for the podcast and it will load in most modern browsers and have download links for all the content.

You can also use a Podcatcher such as Juice. (Free, works on Windows, Linux, and most other platforms
If you are using a mobile device, the free apps RSSRadio and Overcast are recommended.

I downloaded a video, and I can't hear audio and/or see video?
Your system most likely doesn't have one or more codecs installed that you need to watch video. We only use the most common internet codecs such as DivX, XviD, MP4, AAC, AC3, etc.

For Windows, the easiest way to make sure you have all required codecs is to install Media Player Classic, which you can get here.

Account Management Help / FAQ

I'm on a Subscription but don't want to be billed for awhile as I haven't been using credits fast enough?
Click My Account in the top menu, then Subscriptions. Click Pause next to your subscription(s) you want to pause.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Click My Account in the top menu, then Subscriptions. Click Cancel next to your subscription(s) you want to cancel.
